Power Revolution · A 3–9 month 1:1 container

You’ve Lost Your Power for Too Long. Now it's time to take your power back.

This is for the one who grew up in an emotionally absent home. Your parents were absent, neglectful, or didn’t have the capacity to care for you fully. Your needs weren’t met. You never learnt how to speak up and stand in your boundaries. You were taught to over-give, over-function, be a high-achiever to be valuable. You were the caretaker, fixer, rescuer, savior, constantly feeling responsible for others and perpetuating your own self-neglect and abandonment. You are anxious in relationships, you’re afraid they would leave and you’d be all alone. This coaching container is meant to help you reclaim the power that you’ve lost, so that you can finally be the loving parents your inner child needed. You can finally be the safespace that your inner self trusts.

(Yes these are real pictures of me with my little elephant and my dad)

A Little Girl Waiting for her dad To come back…

My parents divorced when I was three. I was too young to understand it, but my body understood. Something in my little heart broke, and it took me decades to realize how much that moment shaped me. I remember sitting in my first Vipassana meditation retreat and broke down crying. I finally at 19 years old understood how this moment shaped my entire inner emotional landscape.

Growing up without my father, I understood an empty space where he should have been: no one to make me feel protected, no one to tell me I was safe, no one to say I was enough just as I was. So I learned what so many of us learn. If I didn’t need anything, I couldn’t be disappointed. If I took care of everyone, maybe they wouldn’t leave. I became the strong one, the responsible one, the one who had it all together. Inside, I was a little girl still waiting for her dad to come back…

(a painful breakup that finally got me to look at my childhood wounds)

My Chronic Power Loss In Relationships

Without a safe home, I didn’t know what safe felt like, so I couldn’t recognise when something wasn’t. As a teenager I was bullied, and I lost even more of my power chronically. I began to believe I was worthless, and I kept attracting people who crossed my boundaries and made me feel small. It hurt, but it felt familiar. I settled for friendships and relationships that didn’t serve me.

Then I spent two and a half painful years with an emotionally unavailable man. On and off, season after season. He pulled away, I chased. I abandoned myself over and over, trying to earn a love that was never really there. I told my coach at the time, “This relationship hurts so much, but I can’t stop it. It’s like I’m addicted to a drug, something that isn’t even good for me”. If you’ve ever felt that, there’s nothing wrong with you. That pull is your abandonment wound, still trying to get the love it never got as a child. That moment opened the deepest healing of my life. I went all the way to the roots: my attachment wounds, my codependency, my mother and father wounds, and my relationship with myself. I stopped waiting for someone to finally choose me, and I learned to choose myself.

A Life Long Journey of Reclaiming my power…

Reclaiming my power wasn’t one big breakthrough. It has been a lifelong journey, year after year. An awkward, messy and confusing one. If your healing feels like that too, you’re not doing it wrong. That’s what it looks like.

I grieved how much of my voice I had suppressed. I met my anger, my rage, and the shame I’d carried around my sexuality. I faced my own codependency: the over-giving, the over-functioning, the low self-worth, the way I took care of everyone except me. Abandoning myself wasn’t something that happened once. It was a pattern, and I unlearned it slowly, piece by piece.

Maybe you’ve been told you’re too much, too sensitive or too loud. Maybe you’ve been shrinking for so long you’ve forgotten how big you really are. The voice you suppressed for far too long is still there. The power you gave away can come home. You don’t have to become someone new. You get to remember who you were before the world taught you to shrink. Your power is waiting for you to reclaim it fully, wholeheartedly, truly.

  • Former Client

“I got a lot more from our work together than I had expected. I'm really grateful that you provided for me a space to just exist in with everything that I had to bring. I have this weird feeling that I have more space within me — my words are not just in this tight little space trying to be as little as possible, but they have space to stretch. I often had fears that facing those emotions would be too painful to bear. But somehow it was not beyond my strength or my capacity to hold. So I'm always going to be grateful for that, and I will always think of you with a lot of love in my heart.”

  • Former Client

“Reflecting on the growth and journey we’ve shared- a truly beautiful experience. I remember being uncertain, not confident, not as open and in tune with my own soul. And it’s been just all uphill from there with you. I know we aren’t working together right now but I am learning so much even after our sessions. Literally the woman I am right now is almost a 180 of the woman you first came into contact with this time last year. My boundaries are firm, my voice and gifts are activated/ activating! Confidence is up, the self love and trust is deep and deepening with time. Like whattt that’s the effect you got Axataxia!! The lasting effect!!”

  • Former client

“Thank you for the guidance and the space — a lot of my system has a lot of trust and feels very comfortable, and that's I think one big reason that I feel like I'm in a healing process. I wasn't convinced, but wow, it was very very nice. Thank you so much because you're making this possible. I really feel guided and safe, and I know my parts are quite trusting of you. It was so great with you and you're doing such a great job. I feel like you're bringing a lot of healing to me — but to all of your clients I'm sure”

You may recognise yourself here

You Understand emotional safety logically, but your body doesn’t.

Maybe your parents weren’t really there. Maybe they were around, but they didn’t have the capacity to care for you the way you needed. Either way, your needs weren’t met, and you learned to stop asking. You never learned how to speak up or hold a boundary. Instead, you learned that being useful, pleasing, fawning, accommodating was how you stayed loved.

  1. You over-give. You over-function. You’re the high-achiever, because somewhere along the way you learned that’s what makes you valuable.

  2. You’re the caretaker, the fixer, the rescuer. The one everyone leans on. You feel responsible for everyone’s feelings, and somehow there’s never room for yours.

  3. You take care of everyone else and quietly neglect yourself. You’re tired, but you keep going.

  4. Saying no feels impossible. Even small boundaries come with guilt, over-explaining, or a knot in your stomach.

  5. In relationships, you’re anxious. You’re scared they’ll leave, and you’ll be all alone. So you hold on tighter, give more, and make yourself easier to love.

  6. You know where all of this comes from, but knowing hasn’t made it stop.

Power Loss In Relationships

When your power was given away early, You Learn To keep Giving It away.

Children of emotionally absent or neglectful parents learn that love costs something: their needs, their voice, their truth. As adults, that bargain keeps showing up in who we choose and how we stay.

Signs of power loss

  • You keep ending up with people who make you feel small. A partner, a friend, a boss, and somehow they always remind you of the parent you could never please.

  • Your boundaries are either non-existent, or consistently crossed, dismissed or disrespected, and you're the one who apologises.

  • You can't fully be your true self. You shrink, edit or perform to stay safe and accepted.

  • You over-give, over-function and over-explain, then quietly resent it.

  • You're still playing the role you got as a kid. The responsible one, the caretaker, the peacekeeper, the one who doesn't need anything.

  • You continually find yourself in unsafe or emotionally unavailable relationships.

  • Your inner child parts feel unprotected, burdened, vulnerable to external harm and threats.

What reclaiming looks like

  • Acknowledging your needs and believing they are allowed.

  • Asserting your boundaries early and clearly, without guilt or over-explaining.

  • Standing in your boundaries when they're tested, instead of collapsing or fawning.

  • Knowing your worth in your body, so you stop auditioning for respect.

  • Healing your relationship with your internal mother and internal father, you become the nurturing and protective parent you needed.

  • Choosing relationships, at home and at work, where your true self is welcome.

  • Choose relationships that are emotionally safe & available.

  • You're familiar with attachment, inner child and parts work and ready to go beneath the concepts.

  • You want to change how you relate to yourself, not only how you cope.

  • You can commit to weekly sessions over six to nine months.

  • You're open to body-based and spiritual ways of working alongside the psychological.

It may not be for you yet if

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a few sessions to get through a hard week.

  • You're currently in acute crisis or need clinical diagnosis or treatment.

  • You're experiencing psychosis, mania or severe dissociation. Deep and altered-state work may not be safe right now — we can talk honestly about this on our call.

  • You'd prefer to be told what to do rather than discover it for yourself.

What this actually looks like on a regular Tuesday.

What changes, day to day

This isn't about big breakthroughs. It's the small, everyday moments, the text you send, the meeting you walk into, the family dinner you stay at or leave.

BEFORE

When You are In Chronic Power Loss

Your boss messages “got a minute?” and your stomach drops. You spend the whole evening going over what you did wrong. Then they ask you to take on another project, and you say yes even though you're already drowning.

They haven't texted back in four hours. You check your phone over and over, type a message, delete it, type another. By dinner you've convinced yourself you're too much and they're about to leave.

Sunday dinner at your parents'. Someone makes a comment about your life, and suddenly you're twelve again — quiet, smiling, nodding along. Then you cry the whole drive home.

You're the one everyone calls when things fall apart. But when you're struggling, nobody really asks. You keep showing up for everyone and feel more alone every year.

Someone asks for a favour you really don't have the time, money or energy for. You say yes anyway, explain way too much, then lie awake annoyed at them and at yourself.

You say one awkward thing in a meeting and replay it for three days. The voice in your head sounds a lot like your mom or dad. Resting feels like something you have to earn.

AFTER

When You Reclaimed Your Power

You notice the old panic come up, take a breath, and go in curious instead of scared. When they ask about the new project, you say, “I can do it, but something else has to move. What's the priority?”

You feel that familiar drop in your stomach, and you know what it is — a younger part of you that's scared of being left. You stay with it and let your body settle. When they call, you just tell them what you need. No apology.

The comment still stings, but you stay you. “I'm not getting into that today.” Maybe you stay for dessert, maybe you leave early. Either way, it's your call.

You finally tell a friend what's actually going on, and you let them be there for you. Some friendships get closer. A few fade, and you let them go without chasing.

You speak your boundary clearly: “I care about you, and I can't do that this time.” No long justification. No guilt hangover. You sleep.

You catch the critic mid-sentence and, instead of fighting it, thank it for trying to protect you. Then you comfort yourself the way you needed someone to back then. A safe parent to yourself.

The three layers I work with

Where I Meet You

LAYER ONE

The Present

LAYER TWO

The Personal

LAYER THREE

The Ancestral

The Present

The layer of what is happening right now — the patterns, the reactions, the felt experience of your day-to-day life. How your parts show up in relationships, at work, in your body today.

  • Emotional reactivity and triggers in the present

  • Current relationship patterns and dynamics

  • What your body holds right now

  • The parts most active in your daily experience

The Personal

The layer of your personal history — childhood, early relationships, formative experiences. The events and dynamics that shaped how your parts developed and what they learned to protect you from.

  • Childhood wounds and early relational patterns

  • The origin stories of your protectors and exiles

  • How your nervous system was shaped by what you lived

  • Meeting the younger parts of yourself with compassion

The Ancestral

The layer beyond your personal history — what was inherited before you arrived. The patterns, traumas, beliefs, and burdens passed through the lineage. Some of what you carry was never yours to begin with.

  • Inherited patterns that precede your own experience

  • Ancestral wounds carried through the lineage

  • Shamanic work with the spirit of the ancestors

  • Releasing what was never yours to hold

The three lens that guide my work

An Integrative Approach

MIND

Trauma-informed

BODY

Mindfulness

SPIRIT

Shamanism

Mindfulness — Soma

The body is the anchor. This is the foundation of our work: noticing and being aware of sensation, tension, and breath as their own form of language. Staying grounded in the physical form.

Sensation. Nervous system. Breath.

IFS — Mind

Exploring the various territories of the mind through trauma-informed frameworks, including Internal Family Systems. This is designed to explore and heal your relational wounds.

Mind. Parts work. Healing.

Shamanism — Spirit

Reaching past the personal into the invisible: spirit, energy, ancestral presence. The wisdom held in the more-than-human world. Approached through a shamanic and animistic lens.

Spirit. The unseen. Kinship

The Guiding Philosophy

  • Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the foundation of interroception awareness and nervous system regulation. I model and guide this embodied skill in every session, helping you anchor deeply in the present moment.

  • Nonviolence

I approach our work through nonviolence, which means trusting your natural timing. Together, we allow transformation to move at its own pace while honoring everything that emerges along the path.

  • Organicity

I hold space for your intention without rigid agendas. I trust your innate intelligence, tuning into what organically emerges in real time. I support your transformation as it organically unfolds.

  • Wholeness

I see you in your wholeness from your personal journey to your ancestral roots. Working across mind, body, soul, and spirit, our work honors the culture and land that shape who you are.

  • Relational

I believe that our coaching relationship itself is the container for transformation. Together, we cultivate a safe, intentional space where real learning, deep integration, and lasting growth naturally take root.

  • Agency

I respect your independence, agency, and personal wisdom. Our work together is rooted in mutual respect and trust, which means no unsolicited advice or direction. Only space for collaborative discovery.

A note on scope

What this work is — and what it is not

I am not a licensed clinician, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. I do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any mental health condition or illness — and I am not able to serve as an emergency contact for active suicidal ideation or any acute mental health crisis. If you are in crisis or facing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your nearest emergency room.

What is within my scope: helping you heal relational patterns left over from past difficult or traumatic experiences, working with your nervous system to support regulation, and shifting relational patterns with yourself and others toward more love, self-compassion, and confidence. This also includes processing deep or intense emotions that may have been suppressed for a long time, in a safe, contained, and consensual space.

This work can stand alongside licensed mental health care. It is not a substitute for it.
