What I have come to realize at a deeper level for me is that every single experience I have on this Earth as a human being is learning to love and accept myself. I reflect on the difficult childhood that I had growing up, how much pain and suffering that were there, I realized that they have created the most beautiful parts of who I am.

A Lesson on Trust that I discovered during snowboarding which then taught me about life and business. Learning to trust and lean into fear instead of away from it. Learning to surrender and ask for help with whatever it is that I am working on in that moment. So that I can gain the courage to continue facing my fears in an open and honest way.

This year has taught me to trust myself. That is the one lesson I continue to receive and integrate as time goes on. I am forever learning how to trust myself, deeper and deeper.

Because someway, somehow, my intelligent being and yours know exactly what it is that we need, who is good for us, who is not, what situation would help us grow, what would shrink our talents, and what would be ultimately aligned for us. This source of Intelligence lives in me and it lives in you
